Hudson Talent Solutions is a large, international recruiting firm undergoing a company-wide rebrand. This project focused on redesigning their website to align with the new brand direction, simplify a dense and complexcontent ecosystem, and present Hudson as a modern, innovative leader in the recruiting space.

Hudson’s previous website was content-heavy, difficult to navigate, and visually outdated. With hundreds of posts spanning blogs, white papers, press releases, case studies, and news, the site lacked cohesion and was challenging to maintain. The client needed a solution that not only supported their rebrand, but also created clarity, consistency, and long-term scalability across industries, services, locations, and people.
After the new brand direction was established, I designed and built a flexible system of templates for industries, services, and locations, ensuring consistent structure, visual hierarchy, and user experience across the site. This templated approach allowed content to remain cohesive while giving the client the flexibility to update individual pages without disrupting the overall system.
To address the complexity of Hudson’s content library, I reorganized hundreds of posts into clearly defined custom post types and used a structured system of tags, relationships, and queries to connect content across the site. Services, locations, and industries are dynamically linked to relevant posts, allowing recent and related content to surface automatically on key pages. Archive pages were designed to be searchable and filterable, making it easier for users to find relevant information.
I applied the same logic to Hudson’s team structure, connecting people to specific locations so that each office page could highlight the appropriate points of contact. All relationships are managed on the backend, creating a system that is intuitive for administrators and easy to maintain over time.

The final website delivers a clean, modern experience that reflects Hudson Talent Solutions’ innovation, expertise, and global scale. A robust templating and content relationship system supports long-term growth, simplifies site management, and ensures consistency across hundreds of pages. The result is a website that is both user-friendly and operationally efficient, designed to evolve alongside the organization.
